Is the MCP server free?

Yes. The Lightning Enable MCP server is open-source (MIT) and free to install — using it to discover, pay, and access L402 APIs costs nothing beyond the sats your agent spends. Creating your own L402-protected endpoints (the producer side — selling access) is what needs a plan, starting with the free sandbox.

How does custody work?

Lightning Enable is API middleware. OpenNode (or Strike) facilitates custody and settlement. We never touch your funds — payments from your customers settle directly into your own Strike or OpenNode account.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Both plans are monthly subscriptions — cancel anytime from your billing page and you won't be charged again. The 30-day trial doesn't charge you at all until it ends.

Do you take a percentage of my revenue?

No. Lightning Enable charges a flat monthly subscription, not a take rate. Every sat an agent pays your API lands with your settlement provider — you keep 100% of it.
